Mission:

The Center will promotes and sustains professional and comfortable group working environment through the adoption of the principles of total quality management in which one of its outputs and procedures detailed work instructions governing all acts of administrative and technical center and financial center that is able to periodically assess the performance continuously.


Goals:

1 - Preparation and approval of a strategic plan of action serving the center from three to five years to come.
2 - The adoption of performance standards to enable the center to assess the mess, and help them to make the appropriate decisions.
3 – Focusing on the center as a reference and the axis of the social and cultural work in the old town, and spread information about the center to the different institutions.
4 - Building a comprehensive database of the center includes the civil institutions, donors, public and private institutions related to the Center.
5 - To build a network of relationships with various institutions in the city of Nablus and using these relations for achieving the objectives of the center.
6 - Open direct channels of communication with the various institutions and international donor agencies operating in the Palestinian territories, and to prepare materials and documents explaining the center's work and shows its achievements and cooperation with to approve the project proposals in preparation for the appropriate funding.
7 - Continue to embrace the youth and the development of the spirit of volunteerism.
